He has led strategic launches, portfolio expansions, and commercial plans focused on measurable results, financial discipline, and customer experience.

Alberto López Pardo, is an automotive industry and business development specialist with over 13 years of experience at BMW Group Mexico, has been appointed Aftersales Director. He graduates at Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), he also holds a Business Valuation Specialist certification from the National College of Accountants.

Emmanuel Bravo holds a Master's degree in Architecture and has over 17 years of experience in public service. He currently serves as the Project Leader for Mobility and Urban Development at the Querétaro Council for Strategic Planning. He also works in digital media, having founded Frecuencia VB, an independent platform with a presence on digital TV and Roku. Diana Avalos Rodriguez holds a degree in Psychology from UNIVA, with diplomas in Clinical Art Therapy and Psychological First Aid. She has collaborated with Deloitte, Alten Consulting, and Sunyata Consulting, developing workshops, leading recruitment processes, and designing new talent attraction models.

Rosaline Bracho Perez holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Tepeyac, with certification in Competency-Based Interviewing and training in Graphology and Facial Psychology. She has extensive experience in high-volume recruitment nationwide, notably with projects such as Dish Mexico (1,200 monthly hires), Wipro (opening in Guadalajara with 200 new hires), and RadioShack (400 hires during peak season and the opening of 6 stores).
