Tony Slieman, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Director of Academic Affairs at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine at Arkansas State University. His research focuses on Bacilli spores and their environmental resistance, and he is involved in developing case studies to integrate basic science with clinical practice in medical education.
