She started this adventure as a counselor and lifeguard and during her last year, she developed the role of “Assistant to Camp Director” where she was in charge of the day-today planning of the camp, as well as the camp's finances.

He took the position of Product Manager within the disinfection division at Koppert Mexico, where he oversees the national sales strategy, even the training of sales team members, and coordinates the interaction between Koppert and its manufacturers of their products.

Paulina is currently certified in Solid Works from CSW. She is also a level associate in Mechanical Design. She also possesses knowledge in measurement system analysis, SPC, APQP, control plans, problem-solving, and requirements management.

In 2021, she began her business career in the real estate industry. Furthermore, her commitment to education is reflected in her work as a lecturer and professor at the Tecnológico de Monterrey

Currently she is the co-founder of CVUP, a company dedicated to align and create basic job search tools for any profession such as: -CV -LinkedIn      -Interview Simulations      -Translations              -Human Resources Workshops

Her most exciting job was with Disney Cruise Line, where she spent four years as a Youth Activities Counselor creating magical experiences for children all ages onboard.
