Roles And Responsabilities

- Development & maintenance of tools for Data Extraction, Preparation, Deployment & Interpretation
- Work with automation programs to handle multiple data types & outlier identification
- Engine field events investigation/classification
- Statistical Analyses (Descriptive Statistics and Hypothesis Testing)
- Weibull analysis for SV stream forecast modeling

Requirements

- Engineer student of Bachelor’s degree.
- Degree must be in:
- Physics / Engineering / Applied Mathematics / Data Science & Analytics (or related fields)

- Skilled in the use of Python for data management (extraction, storage, cleansing, processing, and plotting)
- Understanding of basic statistic concepts and tools
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

POSITION INFORMATION

This position reports to the Seed Technology Technician and has some of the following activities as its main objective:

· Support in the execution of experimental tests and information analysis of the results of the same so that production can make decisions that contribute to increasing seed quality.

INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT INFORMATION

· A 6-month agreement is made for interns (2 3-month contracts)

· Dining room and transportation are free of charge (the ideal is to join the routes).

· Monthly support of $6,000.00 gross paid biweekly is provided.

· We are looking for a student majoring in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, Agronomy or similar. It is necessary to be an active student.
